About the role

Join the CPI Management Services' team as a Customer Experience Associate. This is a full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, where you will be the vital link between our customers and our company. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our company is a positive one.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  2. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer issues
  4. Input and maintain accurate customer data and records
  5. Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management as needed
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathise with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications
  5. A friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  6. Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  7. Fluency in both English and Filipino
