Job Overview:
As a Traffic Customer Representative Associate, you will serve as a crucial link between the transportation department and customers, ensuring effective communication, addressing inquiries, and providing support. This role involves managing customer relationships and resolving issues related to transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding transportation services.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information on shipment status, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing:
- Assist customers with order placement, ensuring accurate and complete information for transportation services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Shipment Tracking:
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, providing customers with updates on the status and expected delivery times.
- Proactively communicate any delays or issues and work towards resolution.
- Documentation Assistance:
- Guide customers through the documentation process, including providing information on required paperwork and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with documentation associates to ensure timely and correct processing.
- Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to transportation services.
- Collaborate with the logistics and transportation teams to address and rectify any challenges.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with documentation and transportation teams to coordinate and optimize customer service processes.
- Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Traffic Monitoring:
- Assist in monitoring real-time traffic conditions and contribute to adjusting routes as needed to optimize delivery times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
