  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.

● Implement standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and that all staff

follow them.

● Monitors sales performance and works towards achieving sales targets.

● Manage operating expenses including utilities, supplies, labor costs, lights, gas, and

breakages, to meet budget goals.

● Handle staff scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels.

● Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and maintain a positive

customer experience.

● Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ordering.

● Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.

● Monitor the performance of the restaurant and establish guidelines to increase revenue

and customer satisfaction.

● Performs side duties and assists in food service operations such as queueing, greeting

customers, and refilling food trays and displays in Station 1.

● Handles cash management - ensures no cash shortages, handles petty cash, manages

change funds, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
