Hiranand Group is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers for Jollibee and Chowking stores. We have branches available in Mega Manila Area.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business Related course
  • For ARM's: Minimum 1 year of manager function in hotel or F&B.
  • For RM: Minimum 3 years of manager function in hotel or F&B.
  • Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met
  • People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team;
  • Knowledge on basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability
  • Trainable, proactive and excellent analytical and communication skills

We have branches available nationwide. Jollibee or Chowking experience is not required but is an ADVANTAGE.
