We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations of soon to branch out in Philippines from Toronto and Vancouver Restaurant, a fast-paced restaurant concept known for quality service and vibrant dining experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid Food & Beverage (F&B) background, and proven experience managing day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, food quality, and service excellence.
  • Implement cost control, inventory management, and profit optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance using KPIs and reports.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Marketing for operational alignment and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive training, coaching, and staff development to maintain a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced restaurant or F&B environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Hands-on manager with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Flexible, reliable, and capable of handling operational demands in a fast-moving setup.
