About the role

Sutherland, a leading global business process transformation company, is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Carmona. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction for a leading telecommunications provider.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a variety of products and services
4. Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns, and offering appropriate solutions
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation
6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service

What we're looking for

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
4. At least 6+ months of sales or 1+ year of customer service experience
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities
7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
