Job Overview

We are looking for a project manager to oversee and drive technology-related projects from initiation through completion. The role requires hands-on experience in managing IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create, monitor, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and expectations.
  • Supervise daily project activities and track progress against milestones.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular and transparent project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate closely with IT teams on system integrations, software development, and infrastructure-related initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare status and performance reports.
  • Lead project closure activities, including post-implementation reviews and proper handover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Working Conditions

  • Onsite or hybrid work arrangement, depending on project requirements.
  • Occasional travel for site visits or coordination with vendors and partners.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
