Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology-related projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing IT projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and align teams on project goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure milestones are met.
  • Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks; propose and implement solutions.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication through regular project updates.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
  • Coordinate with IT teams on system integration, software development, and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare project reports.
  • Conduct project closure activities, including evaluations and handover.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in IT project management or related role.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification is an advantage but not required.

  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Onsite or Hybrid setup depending on project needs.
  • Occasional travel for site visits or vendor coordination.
  • Flexible working hours may be required for project deadlines.
