Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and resourceful HR Provincial Coordinator to manage and support HR operations in our provincial office. This role involves coordinating recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Experience in bulk hiring or working with recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for provincial hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related concerns in the provincial office.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Liaise with the head office HR team for reporting and alignment.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and employee relations matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a regional or field-based role.
- Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment agency work is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Willing to be assigned in C. Raymundo, Pasig City
