Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of Psychology or any related course
- Additional knowledge in different areas of human resource is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Work experience in Construction Industry is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
Job Description:
A. Facilities & Staff House Management
Sourcing and monitoring of staff house requirements its facilities and required tools needed. Act as a point person in monitoring and proper upkeep of staff house facilities, tenants compliance and monitor living conditions.
B. Construction Site HR Coordination
Serve as the main HR contact at the construction site. Conduct project site orientation sessions for new hires and ensure proper onboarding documentation. Handle basic employee relations concerns and escalate issues to HR Manager when necessary.
C. Onsite Recruitment & Timekeeping Support
Assist in onsite sourcing, screening and initial interviews of blue-collar applicants. Oversee and document trade test activity on site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
