I JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Team Supervision and Support

·       Guide, mentor, and supervise HR Partners/Specialists in designated SPOC areas.

·       Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skills improvement.

·       Ensure HR team members meet operational expectations and service levels.

2.    Employee Relations and Issue Management

·       Address and escalate high-risk or complex employee relations issues to the HR Manager or CPO.

·       Monitor case handling to ensure timely and compliant resolution of HR concerns.

·       Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.

3.    Policy Implementation and Compliance

·       Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures across assigned divisions.

·       Monitor adherence to labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements.

·       Prepare or validate documentation required for HR compliance and audits.

4.    HR Program Execution and Coordination

·       Lead division-specific HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, performance evaluations, and training programs.

·       Tailor HR programs to the unique needs of each division while ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies.

·       Coordinate with other HR clusters and cross-functional teams for smooth program execution.

5.    Stakeholder Engagement and Liaison

·       Act as the main HR point of contact for assigned divisions.

·       Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and provide proactive HR solutions.

·       Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager regarding HR operations, initiatives, and escalations.

6. Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO 9001: 2015.

7. Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes

8. Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for

improvement; on change requirements; on innovations

9.  Ensure the promotion of customer focus

10.  Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained

11.  Performs duties that may be assigned or required to by the job from time to time.

II JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

·       At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity

·       Hands-on experience in ALL HR facets, including:

o   Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Training and Development

o   Employee and Labor Relations

o   Performance Management and Employee Engagement

o   Compensation & Benefits Coordination

o   Experience in policy implementation and HR program execution and Organizational Development

o   Exposure to HRIS or digital HR tools is preferred

·       Technical Skills:

o   Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations

o   Ability to analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management

o   Competence in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes

o   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR documentation

·       Core Competencies:

o   Team Leadership: Can supervise HR Partners/Specialists and provide guidance on operational issues

o   Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Capable of resolving HR concerns and escalating high-risk cases as needed

o   Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively coordinates with department heads and employees

o   Policy and Process Compliance: Ensures consistent application of HR policies across divisions.

o   Adaptability and Collaboration: Works efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
