The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support - Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding - Helping with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
  • Administrative tasks - Managing and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Employee Relations - Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Training and Development - Coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Data Management - Helping to gather and analyze performance data.
  • Special Projects - Participating in special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
