JOB BRIEF:

This job is responsible for efficient and effective pre-boarding, on-boarding process of new hire employees of the company as well as the off-boarding process along with the employment admin duties for employees.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employment Contracts

  • Creates, drafts and safe keeps contract of newly hired and existing employees:

  • Proby/Regular

  • Contractual

  • Retainers

  • Project-based/Relievers Engagement

  • Coordinates to Actuary regarding the approved rates of retainer personnel deployed in Account for preparation of renewal contract.

  • Coordinates to Clinic Management regarding recommended rates for renewal contract of retainers.
  • Monitors and prepares renewal contract of Contractual & Retainers (Non-MD's, Clinic & DigiMed MD's and IT Consultants)
  • Ensure and monitor proper release and return of contracts thru the courier or email.
  • Updates contracts monitoring from time to time

Human Resource Management Systems Monitoring

  • Encode new hire proby/regular employees to HRMS
  • Updates the HRMS portal from time to time.

Employment Administration

  • Briefly orient new hires on their first day for proper guidance of company related process and cutoffs.
  • Endorse details of new hire employees for HR Orientation
  • Endorse new hire employees to respective hiring departments.
  • Coordinates with MSAD & Purchasing Admin in requesting identification cards for newly hired proby/regular employees and provide complete details/requirements for basis of ID printing.
  • Creation of identification cards for Proby, Contractual, Outsourced employees and Interns.
  • Prepares COE for current and resigned regular employees (with or without compensation).
  • Enroll new hires for TIN thru BIR ORUS & handles concerns of TIN issuance.
  • Distributes and process delivery of health cards of regular, retainer employees deployed in various offices and accounts nationwide.
  • Collates employees for endorsement to HR System and NFC access.

Report Generation

  • Prepares Monthly Tissue distribution list for submission to HR and Corporate Admin. Handles coordination of Tissue distribution list for employees.
  • Assist in preparation of turnover/attrition reports

Off-boarding/Employee Separation

  • Email advice to resigning employee for separation checklist and HR

Exit interview forms. Respond to employee's concern of separation process & clearances.

  • Updates Clearances Monitoring, ensures timely routing of clearances of resigned regular employees from various Departments and provide summary details of clearances to CompenBen for last pay computation.
  • Schedule and conducts exit interview to resigning employee (Assistant Managerial level & below).
  • Handles coordination and discussion across department manager/s for employee/s or accounts that are due for non-renewal/pre-termination of contract.
  • Prepares and handles issuance of Non-Renewal/Pre-Termination

Letter to the concerned employee.

Others

  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
