About the role

As an Executive Assistant at Bayanilife Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the senior management team. This full-time role is based in our Tarlac, Central Luzon office. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the daily schedules and calendars of senior executives
  2. Arranging and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel plans
  3. Preparing, editing and proofreading correspondence, reports and presentations
  4. Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  5. Providing administrative support for projects and special initiatives
  6. Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  7. Assisting with event planning and coordination
  8. Undertaking general office management duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience using calendar management tools
  5. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  6. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
  7. Knowledge of office management best practices
