As an executive assistant, support the licensee-in-charge in various aspects of achievement including compliance, growth and marketing, team member happiness, client retention and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Answering phone calls
  • Content proof reading
  • Manage content calendar
  • Produce marketing and sales reports
  • Book venues and associated vendors for events
  • Produce monthly news letter
  • Management of external suppliers
  • HR filing and record keeping
  • Ad hoc duties as agreed

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in similar role
  • Business/Office Administration Certificate or Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
