Assistant Branch Manager - Receiving (MM Cresendo Tarlac)

(Located past Hacienda Luisita exit of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and MacArthur Highway)

  • Ensuring complete and fast stock replenishment.
  • Must have at least 3 years of background/experience in store operations from supermarket or any customer servicing related industry (e.g. fast food, hardware, drugstore, etc.)
  • Experience in handling fresh, grocery, and non-food sections.
  • Background in handling stocks management, inventory customer service and people management.
  • Ensures all selling personnel provides excellent customer service.
  • Helps identify fast-moving items and ensures prompt replenishment of stocks.
  • Ensures proper and timely endorsement of return of bad orders to suppliers in coordination with merchandising and warehouse.
  • Helps oversee the accurate and proper monitoring of stocks in the storage and selling area.
  • Coordinates with warehouse for stock ordering to support the store sales and service delivery.
  • Ensures prompt replenishment of products in the selling area.
  • Implements proper handling procedure of merchandise against breakage or damage.
