We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
IT Compliance Analyst
to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. In this role, you will help ensure our IT systems, processes, and controls are compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in audit readiness, control assessments, and driving continuous improvement in our IT compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Coordinate and support internal and external IT audits, including evidence collection, walkthroughs, and remediation tracking.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and automated controls.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and control reviews to identify gaps or weaknesses in IT compliance.
  • Work closely with IT, security, legal, and audit teams to ensure alignment and understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of IT policies, standards, procedures, and compliance metrics.
  • Track remediation efforts and help implement corrective actions related to audit findings or compliance issues.
  • Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance trends to ensure organizational alignment with best practices.
  • Assist in training and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of compliance within the IT department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Working knowledge of common IT compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
  • Experience with audit processes, control testing, and evidence documentation.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, security, and cloud platforms.
