About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior
IT Business Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system solutions align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, as well as supporting the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
  • Document requirements, workflows, processes, and use cases in a clear and structured manner
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively
  • Support project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions between business and IT teams
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in creating user guides, training materials, and conducting end-user training sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Background in banking or financial services is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator, able to bridge business and IT teams
  • Familiarity with requirements documentation, reporting, and process analysis
