Compliance Senior Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Senior Analyst to join our global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team. This role will take ownership of our Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program, support audit readiness, and ensure alignment with regulatory and industry frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, DORA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve the Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program, tracking vulnerabilities and remediation.
  • Perform recurring control assessments and maintain the Common Control Framework (CCF).
  • Manage risk exceptions, deviations, and compensating controls.
  • Support compliance audits and assessments by preparing documentation and evidence.
  • Collaborate with Security, IT, Engineering, and Legal teams to address compliance issues.
  • Develop compliance dashboards, metrics, and reporting for program health.
  • Continuously improve compliance processes and explore automation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or security assurance (preferably in SaaS/tech).
  • Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, and related frameworks.
  • Experience with risk assessments, vulnerability management, and control testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with tools (Tenable, Wiz), GRC platforms (OneTrust, Drata, ServiceNow), and certifications (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO
