Job Summary:

The Regulatory and Compliance Officer ensures that the company's pharmacy operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements set by the FDA, DOH, PRC, and LGU. This role oversees permit renewals, monitors regulatory updates, and ensures that all branches maintain proper documentation and adherence to pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with FDA, DOH, PRC, and LGU regulations for all pharmacy branches.
  • Process and monitor renewal of business permits, FDA licenses, and other regulatory documents.
  • Maintain and update compliance records, certificates, and documentation required by governing bodies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure each branch follows regulatory and company standards.
  • Coordinate with pharmacists-in-charge regarding licensing, accreditation, and operational compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports or regulatory filings as required by government agencies.
  • Monitor updates to pharmacy laws and regulations and recommend internal policy adjustments.
  • Assist in handling regulatory inquiries, notices, or inspections from authorities.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with management to address and correct compliance issues or deficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (Licensed Pharmacist preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or administrative operations.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, DOH, and LGU pharmacy regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with government agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
