Job Summary:

The Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance Manager in ensuring the company's adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role also involves assisting in legal document reviews, contract management, compliance program implementation, audits, AML processes, and providing guidance on regulatory and risk matters.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory and General Compliance

  • Develop, review, and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide compliance advisory and conduct employee training.

2. Legal and Contract Management

  • Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on legal and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Compliance Testing and Monitoring

  • Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments.
  • Monitor corrective actions and policy implementation.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

  • Manage client onboarding and due diligence.
  • Support AML policy formulation and CTR/STR reporting.

5. Risk Management

  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance, legal, and operational risks.
  • Provide recommendations and reports to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or any related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management
  • Experience in the financial industry is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of AML, financing, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
