Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including involvement in systems implementation projects.
  • Background in financial services or consumer lending is an advantage but not required.
  • Solid understanding of basic programming concepts, process engineering, and the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient in business analysis techniques and familiar with various project management tools and methodologies.
