Position Overview

We are seeking ONE dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to new and existing Australian clients to generate new business opportunities for our consultancy services, which cater to the Australian vocational education and training sector as well as a wide range of businesses, from small enterprises to large corporations. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to make a significant impact in the continuing business growth of the Bluedge group of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential new clients in the Australian vocational education and training sector, as well as businesses of all sizes.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Promote Bluedge's consultancy services, including compliance registration, re-registration, business health check, professional development courses and more.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of business growth strategies and client relationship management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
