Position Overview:As the Manager of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in identifying newbusiness within the government sector while actively contributing to business growththrough capitalizing on opportunities. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager(AGM), you will be responsible for managing a range of activities with a strong focus on state government engagements and business development.

Key Responsibilities:Government Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with state governmentofficials and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth interactions between our clientsand government authorities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within thegovernment sector, collaborating closely with the sales team to expand our clientbase. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategiesfor government sector sales, providing insights and support in closing deals.

Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance metrics forgovernment sector business development, constantly seeking ways to improveefficiency and effectiveness. Policy Analysis: Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and industrytrends to anticipate potential impacts on our operations and business developmentefforts. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, andensure all documentation related to government engagements and businessdevelopment is up-to-date and in compliance with legal requirements.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operations and business developmentand develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization's interests areprotected. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for operationswithin the government sector and business development initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relatedfield.

A master's degree is a plus. Strong background in business development and sales, with a track record ofidentifying and capitalizing on opportunities. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret government policies and regulations. Sound financial acumen and budget management skills.
