  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment

  • Experience in recruitment of ship officers and seafarers is an advantage

Job summary:

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, including:

  • Sourcing of candidates from different platforms
  • Initial screening
  • Scheduling of exams
  • Coordinating schedule of interviews w/ hiring managers
  • Conducting background checks
  • Conducting job offer
  • Monitoring the completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Creating weekly recruitment status report, and other reports as needed by the Corporate Head
  • Other tasks related to the role
