Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Develop engaging training materials, handbooks, and communications
  • Conduct needs assessments and performance evaluations
  • Ensure audit compliance and proper HR documentation
  • Coordinate external training and seminar opportunities
  • Support HR communications and bulletin updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and organization of employee records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Creative and proactive in developing training initiatives
  • With experience in HR training or development is an advantage.
