admin/ warehouse supervisor

We are seeking a dependable and organized Admin (Payroll)/Warehouse Supervisor to handle both administrative payroll duties and oversee warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate payroll processing for employees, proper documentation, and efficient movement of materials and finished products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Payroll Duties:

• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee records such as attendance, overtime, and leave.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments regarding payroll concerns and reports.
• Handle documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Warehouse Supervision:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure proper inventory control and maintain updated stock records.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics for timely delivery of materials and products.
• Prepare warehouse reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in both payroll and warehouse supervision (preferably in a food or manufacturing company).
• Knowledgeable in government contributions and payroll processing systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to work in Navotas area and on flexible schedules if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php29,000.00 per month
