Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in clerical and administrative tasks within a medium enterprise setup, including designing effective documentation workflows for precise record-keeping.
- Maintain excellent documentation control to ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Work closely with direct manager to implement and asses Health and Safety policies.
- Support Human Resources in documentation control and monitoring.
- Facilitate and enhance internal communication by implementing push-and-pull information strategies and creating reports, guides, and organizational assets for analysis.
- Coordinate logistics between production, orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- General warehouse administrative work
- Health and Safety Support
· Support production with analyzing warehouse data to establish reorder points and support inventory forecasting based on space availability and sales trends.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Business Administration (Finance), or any related field. Alternative degrees will also be considered.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is strongly preferred. However, candidates with 1–3 years of experience or fresh graduates with exceptional potential are welcome to apply.
- Background or experience in HR-related tasks and organizational communication is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for organizing spreadsheets effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting software and the accounting cycle is an asset.
- Strong documentation control and administrative task management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong math skills and an ability to manage complex data.
- Good command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work onsite in Balut, Tondo, near Tondo Medical Center.
