Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Staff specializing in Employee Relations to support day-to-day HR operations. The role focuses on handling employee concerns, preparing occurrence reports, conducting CCTV reviews for incident validation, and facilitating employee counseling sessions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Employee Relations concerns by addressing conflicts, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare, document, and submit Occurrence Reports for incidents, policy violations, and other HR-related matters.
  • Conduct CCTV review and verification in support of investigations, incident validation, or workplace monitoring as required.
  • Facilitate and document employee counseling sessions, ensuring proper guidance, clear communication of expectations, and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary actions, and corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate and organized filing of employee records, reports, and investigation documents.
  • Support HR activities such as orientations, trainings, and policy dissemination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards in all HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations.
  • Strong understanding of basic labor laws and HR policies.
  • Experience in handling employee counseling and incident investigations is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze situations objectively and provide fair, well-documented reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Willing to work inside Navotas Fish Port Complex

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
