About the role

Nehemiah Warehousing and Logistics Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding - Customer Service to join our thriving team in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As an Freight Forwarding - Customer Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our warehousing and distribution operations. Knowledge of transportation tactics and organizational skills to coordinate the movements. This is a full-time position and an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic logistics environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of inbound and outbound freight movements
  2. Ensure the transportation of goods/items
  3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and data entry
  4. Providing administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports and documentation
  5. Supporting the implementation of operational processes and procedures
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar freight forwarding or logistics role, preferably within the warehousing
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data management
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  6. A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  7. Male/Female
  8. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field
