Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Seafreight Coordinator to join our growing team. The role involves managing and coordinating international and domestic sea freight shipments, ensuring smooth operations from booking to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in seafreight operations or a related field (logistics, shipping, forwarding).
  • Possess expert knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs compliance, and the accurate management of all required documentation.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor sea freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoices, etc.).
  • Liaise with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipment updates.
  • Handle customs clearance requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Resolve shipment issues and provide efficient solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments.
