• Staffing Coverage

Responsible for overseeing recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and making informed hiring decisions to ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained.

• Performance Monitoring

Monitors employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance, while providing constructive feedback and coaching to support continuous improvement.

• Training

Ensures that all employees receive comprehensive training on Workforce Management (WFM) procedures, policies, and relevant software tools.

Stakeholder and Business Management

• Scheduling

Develops and manages employee schedules based on call volume analysis and staffing forecasts to meet operational requirements.

• Data Analysis

Conducts in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, anticipate future needs, and enhance staffing and scheduling efficiency.

• Communication

Maintains clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Problem-Solving

Proactively identifies and resolves issues related to staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
