About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Crew to join our dynamic team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Service Crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve dishes and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and organised at all times
  • Assist with preparation and plating of food items as needed
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout your shift

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
