Quantity Surveyor Manager – Cebu City Projects (URGENT)

We are urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to join our growing team and lead the cost and contract management functions of our construction projects in Cebu City.

This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably in vertical and infrastructure projects.

Core Functions
  • Cost Management & Estimation – Prepare, evaluate, and monitor project budgets, BOQ, BOM, and cost plans to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
  • Contracts & Procurement – Administer contracts, manage subcontractor agreements, validate claims, and oversee procurement strategies.
  • Project Monitoring & Control – Ensure proper cost control, timely billing, and cash flow management aligned with project progress.
  • Risk & Compliance Management – Identify cost-related risks, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with construction standards, laws, and company policies.
  • Leadership & Coordination – Lead and mentor the QS team, collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs
  1. Budget Accuracy – Maintain cost estimates within ±5% variance from actual project costs.
  2. Timely Billing & Collection – Ensure 100% timely preparation and submission of billings with an average of 90% collection efficiency.
  3. Cost Efficiency – Achieve at least 5–10% savings on procurement and subcontractor costs without compromising quality.
  4. Contract Administration – 100% compliance with contractual terms and timely resolution of claims/variations.
  5. Team Leadership – Develop QS team capabilities with at least 80% staff performance meeting or exceeding expectations.

  • Advanced knowledge of BOQ, BOM, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project management software, and cost-estimating tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
