In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to drive the success of our client's business.
What you'll be doing
- Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for our clients' needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintaining a robust pipeline of talented candidates to meet our clients' ongoing hiring needs
- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Continuously researching industry trends and best practices to improve our recruitment strategies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management and Development, and other related course
- Preferably with experience working in shared services, transportation, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or construction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Passion for finding and nurturing top talent to support the growth and success of our client's business
