
Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role in the Human Resources department, responsible for executing recruitment strategies and attracting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Reporting to the Recruitment Supervisor, the specialist collaborates with hiring managers, conducts candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinates the hiring process. Additionally, the specialist contributes to employer branding initiatives and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work on a project basis as required.
