Your Role:

The core mission of the Recruitment Specialist is to support the Talent Acquisition team in handling recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests. The Recruitment Specialist is also responsible for the fulfillment of manpower requirements across different service units within the organization based on the required competencies and job qualifications within the prescribed service level agreements.

Recruitment

  1. Responsible in sourcing for all manpower requisitions using different sourcing channels.
  2. Identifies opportunities to develop new sourcing strategies.
  3. Developing marketing strategies to support recruitment initiatives in sourcing of applicants to increase applicant pool and build hiring capacity.
  4. Assist the Team Leaders in the recruitment process of all positions.
  5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process (Interviews, Phone Screening, etc.).
  6. Maintains an internal recruitment tracker/database.
  7. Screens resume based on the qualifications and requirements of the job.
  8. Conduct initial interviews to present a first shortlist of suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  9. Coordinates and communicates properly to Recruitment Partners. Arranges and organizes interviews of shortlisted candidates.
  10. Prepares necessary documents needed for interview.
  11. Creates pool of the candidates for the current and future vacancies.
  12. Responsible for making sure that all applications are processed promptly and properly and help create the best application experience for all aspiring candidates no matter the outcome

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent degree.
  2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  3. 1-3 years of recruitment experience in handling Healthcare, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing, IT, Corporate and any industries
  4. Has an experience recruiting large volumes of candidates for specific positions within strict deadlines.
  5. Has experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other HR software.
  6. Has experience with different job boards like LinkedIn, indeed etc.
  7. Work from home
