The HR Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of an organization by attracting and hiring top talent. This position is critical in ensuring that a company has the human resources necessary to achieve its objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market. The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruitment Specialists are tasked with several key responsibilities that facilitate successful talent acquisition and management. These include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and procedures in alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on established criteria.
  • Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with team leaders or direct supervisors.
  • Managing the job offer process, including negotiating employment terms and finalizing offers.
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
