About the Role:

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will partner with the recruitment manager and other internal managers. Your role involves improving and implementing recruitment processes, championing best practices, and delivering excellent customer and candidate experiences. Responsibilities include assessing candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and advancing suitable candidates through the hiring stages.

Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting U.S. hires
  • Experience recruiting high-volume candidates (e.g., 100+ per month)
  • Willingness to work the night shift
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience using Workable (preferred)
  • Experience hiring educators (preferred)
  • Experience expanding recruitment initiatives (preferred)
What you will do:
  • Set up recruitment pipelines, publish job ads, interview, and onboard candidates
  • Network with potential hires via social media and virtual events
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to define qualification criteria
  • Interview candidates and maintain a candidate database
  • Utilize web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends and manage job postings
  • Evaluate recruitment software and agency performance, recommending improvements
  • Work with department heads to define position qualifications
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress

Salary: ₱30K - ₱45K per month

Requirements:
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with major job sites
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche websites
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule, during graveyard shift in Manila Time
  • Own laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with at least 10 Mbps internet connection
