Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the selection process, you will be responsible for building a talented workforce that will contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source, attract, and screen potential Managerial & technical candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in person and via phone/video, to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Utilize a variety of assessment tools to evaluate candidates' abilities, such as behavioral interviews, technical tests, and psychometric assessments.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and college campus visits to promote our company and attract potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview evaluations, and hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to negotiate offers and finalize employment contracts.
- Coordinate with Local HR Generalists to ensure that proper manpower allocation per branch is observed.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies and techniques, such as sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and selection.
