
Human Resources Manager

Plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and Hiring: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to interviewing and making hiring decisions.
- Training and Development: Plan, implement, and manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring a positive and fair work environment.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback to employees, and develop performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement and well-being through various initiatives and programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (MBA) may be preferred for some positions.
- Certifications from HR organizations can enhance credibility and demonstrate specialized knowledge, such as HR Manager, HR Metrics and Dashboarding, etc.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Active listening skills are crucial for understanding employee concerns and addressing them effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- The ability to build rapport and manage relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders is vital.
- Conflict resolution skills are important for addressing workplace issues.
- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach is important for ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- HR Knowledge and Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems is essential.
- Understanding of HR strategies and their alignment with business goals is crucial.
- Other Important Skills:
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are needed for addressing HR challenges.
- Leadership skills are important for leading HR initiatives and managing HR staff.
- Knowledge of HR technology, such as HR software and applicant tracking systems, is increasingly important.
- With at minimum 10 years work experience as HR Manager/ Director
Job Type: Full-time
