  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR and admin team, promoting professional development and high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with HR metrics to inform decision-making.
