Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of factory workers and staff
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 files
  • Support timekeeping, payroll coordination, and government benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Help organize training sessions, orientations, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
  • Provide frontline support for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Monitor workplace behaviour and support the implementation of disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws
  • Foster positive employee relations through open communication, conflict mediation, and employee feedback initiatives
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and promoting a healthy, collaborative work environment
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or graduating student of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic labor laws and HRIS is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site in a factory setting and interact with diverse teams
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and people-oriented
