Social Media Manager (SMM)

About the Role

We're looking for a
highly creative Social Media Manager
who can think outside (and even without) the box. This role is perfect for someone with a natural
knack for organic communication and community building
, and a broad understanding of social media management beyond just posting and handling accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with MeBook's brand voice.
  • Build, engage, and grow online communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals, copy, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies to keep MeBook relevant and relatable.
  • Track performance through analytics, optimize content, and report insights regularly.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and affiliate/ambassador communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh, bold ideas.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both English and Tagalog.
  • Understanding of organic growth, storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, content planning tools, and analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
