Overview:

Social Media Manager is a subject matter expert in content creation, social media strategy, and audience engagement. This role focuses on driving measurable growth in brand awareness, social media performance, and lead generation. The Senior Creator will set high-quality standards for content, guide junior team members, and ensure all campaigns deliver strong, quantifiable results.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the creation and execution of social media campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and measurable brand growth.

·       Analyze social media performance metrics and produce actionable insights to continuously improve KPIs such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and audience growth.

·       Mentor and provide guidance to junior content creators to ensure consistent quality and performance.

·       Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms while ensuring content aligns with strategic marketing goals.

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to design campaigns that generate quantifiable business outcomes.

·       Research and implement emerging trends, tools, and best practices to enhance social media strategy.

·       Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for blogs, emails, videos, social posts, and other marketing materials.

·       Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.

·       Develop and present reports highlighting campaign performance, ROI, and improvement strategies to leadership.

Qualifications:

· years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles in the American market.

·       Proven ability to deliver measurable growth in social media performance and lead generation.

·       Expertise in SEO, analytics, web traffic, and content optimization strategies.

·       Strong mentoring skills and experience guiding junior staff.

·       Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media analytics tools.
