Cloud Nine Solutions is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join one of our exclusive client's teams and elevate their brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a social media professional with experience in real estate or property management, who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to engage audiences and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, with a focus on real estate and property management.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, blogs, property showcases, and market updates.
  • Oversee daily posting, community engagement, and monitoring across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement campaigns that drive leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Track performance metrics, deliver monthly reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in both real estate and digital marketing.
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism across all brand communications.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns for property listings, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Background in real estate, property management, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
