Job Description:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand goals. You will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and build strong online communities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule content that is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with current trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, customer support) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and community members.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics; optimize strategy based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage paid social campaigns (if applicable) and optimize for ROI.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
