Job Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 3-5 years of experience to develop and manage effective social media campaigns, content strategies, and community engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, innovative, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with our marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with company goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring accounts.
  • Analyze social media performance, produce detailed reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships and grow the brand's presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media campaigns, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and a passion for social media and digital trends.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive Graphic Design experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
  • Experience with Video / Reels creation and editing using Adobe Premier Pro, Capcut etc.
