As a Social Media Manager, you shall be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Company's marketing strategies and interactions on the business's social media platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
  • Identify trends in customer interactions
  • Plan and create digital campaigns to build community online
  • Manage and oversee social media content, as well as measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Must be up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters, designers, marketing managers, and management to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • Has at least 3 years of solid experience in the marketing field. Advertising or events
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Excellent in organizational and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new platforms and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
