Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate is skilled in crafting engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and community members to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms and recommend strategies for adoption.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Expert, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas and compelling campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video content creation and editing (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
